摘要

Abstract

Special tooth gear was designed to improve the flow of gear pump, and the meshing process and the contact strength of the main, driven wheel was analyzed. Overlaying the different modulus, the double module of the main-driven gear was designed to increase the amount of volume changes in meshing process of the gear; The working process of main-driven gear was simulated with the composition system of rigidity, damping, friction coefficient instead of oil film. The main-driven gear contact was analyzed by the use of Workbench software; Calculation results show that the flow of two-mode gear pump is twice of the volume and the strength of the main-driven gear meets the requirements.
