Application of Indirect Evaporative Cooler in Spinning Workshop
摘要
Abstract
Application effect of indirect evaporative cooler in spinning workshop was discussed. Taking 50 000 spindles spinning workshop as example, application of indirect evaporative cooler was calculated and analyzed. It is pointed out that wind amount adjustment in air conditioning room can be simplified by adopting indirect evaporative cooler. Compared to traditional air conditioning, energy can be saved about 20% . Causes of practical energy-saving decrease were analyzed. Measures of increasing heat & moisture exchange efficiency for indirect evaporative cooler were put forwards from aspects of design, installation and operation and maintenance et al. It is considered that energy-saving effect of indirect evaporative cooler is affected by spinning workshop region and wind amount.关键词
