Abstract
Technology modification and processing configuration of domestic blowing-carding unit in spinning polyester fiber were discussed. The processing was introduced. According to polyester fiber property, each machine in blowing-carding unit was modified, the processing was optimized. Gauges selection of carding machine was introduced as key. The result shows that carding machine status is stable, card sliver quality is better after the modification. Energy-saving effect is better because some equipment need not to be used. It is considered that better economic benefits can be created through selecting processing according to polyester fiber property.关键词
