棉二道精梳落毛混纺针织纱的开发
Development of Cotton Wool Noil in the Second Comb Blended Knitting Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Processing of cotton wool noil in the second comb blended knitting yarn was discussed. According to the differences between cotton fiber and wool noil in the second comb, wool noil in the second comb were pretreated. Processing parameter in each process were optimized,related humidity in each process were controlled rationally. Problems such as fiber blending unevenness, electrostatic phenomena and hard draft et al can be solved effectively. Finally cotton wool noil in the second comb 55/45 20. 5 tex knitting yarn can be produced successfully, the yarn quality can reach use demands.关键词
