摘要

Abstract

Springback is a big problem in stamping of high strength steel. Solution for springback relies greatly on mode repair since the accuracy of springback calculated in the current engineering application is not high. Whole process simulation and springback compensation method was used to improve the numerical simulation accuracy of springback. At the same time, springback compensa-tion principle of displacement was used for springback compensation on the drawing surface and trimming surface in order to meet the dimension accuracy requirement of the product after the stamping springback. The result shows that this method greatly improves the quality of high strength steel stamping parts and used in production with good result.
