摘要
Abstract
According to the structure characteristics of the plastic handle and the product modeling and parting analysis, the moulding process was introduced. Angle pin cooperating with side core pulling mechanism to demould solved the problem of square side hole demoul-ding after injection moulding. Standard mould base was used in the mould design. There-fore, manufacturing cycle was shorten and cost was reduced. By large quantities of produc-tion trests, the mould structure proves to be simple and practical that is able to produce good quality products.关键词
