Abstract

Foam dust - removal is the main development direction of dust - removal measures underground coal mine. More efficient foaming agent must be researched and developed in order to improve the dust - removal efficiency. Wettability and foaming multiple are the most important performance indicators of foaming agent. In this paper, according to the requirements, sodium dodecyl sulfate, wet- ting agents, foam improver, hydroxyl methyl cellulose sodium and water are selected as raw material of foaming agents. According to the measurement of water film flotation method, the wettiability of foaming agent is the strongest when the quality ratio of five kinds of materials is 50: 5:2: 1:60; through stirring foam and measuring foam multiple, the foam multiple of 71 times is the highest when the mass fraction of foaming agent solution is 2.5%.
