Abstract
At present, students' interest in cntreprenourship is higher, but the lack of entrepreneurial competency is obvious. They are defi- cient in the identification and selection of business opportunities, the acquisition and integration of resource as well as the formation of com- plementary team deficiencies. The rate of success in entrepreneurship is low. Based on the process point of view, in comideration of the im- pact of the entrepreneur, ship such as personal factors, groups, schools, society, effective means to cultivate college students' entrepreneur- ship awareness and competence are discussed.关键词
