摘要

Abstract

The interaction between plant and pathogens is a hot spot in the field of plant pathology in recent years, and the corresponding results establish the theoretic foundation for the plant resistance mechanism and resistance breeding. The specific interaction between rice and blast fungus, Magnaporthe oryzae has become the model system for studying the plant-pathogen interaction mechanisms. This paper reviewed the advances on interaction mechanism between rice and M, oryzae including the mechanisms of the rice blast infection, the function of effector, the rice immune system and the interaction between resistance gene in rice and avirulence gene in M. oryzae.
