在后基因组时代,基因表达调控的一个重要领域就是DNA-蛋白质的相互作用。目前存在多种研究DNA-蛋白质的方法,但是这些方法与染色质免疫沉淀技术（ChIP）相对比而言,染色质免疫沉淀技术更加适合研究DNA-蛋白质的相互作用,因此是一种较理想的研究方法。另外,由于存在克隆技术与DNA芯片技术,因此可使之充分结合以用于高通量筛选已知蛋白因子的未知DNA靶点和研究反式作用因子在整个基因组上的分布情况,以促进DNA-蛋白质相互作用调控网络的发展与出现。对C…查看全部>>
The interaction between DNA and protein is one important field of gene expression regulation in the post-genome era.
