摘要
Abstract
Healthy Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis Day was designed as the research object which isolated from peripheral blood lymphocyte.The results showed that lymphocytes of peripheral blood of Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis could be separated by the density 1.085 g/mL separation medium at 2 000 r/min centrifugation for 35 min.It could provide reference information for the disease control and prevention,artificial breeding of Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis.关键词
