Abstract
Chitosan (CS) is a deacetylated derivative of chitin, the second abundant natural biopolymer. Due to its interesting characteristics: bioeompatible, biodegradation and the ability to he molded in various geometries, it has more and more attention as bone tissue engineering scaffold materials gradually. It is more valuable to review the research articles about chitosan used in composite bone tissue engineering scaffold. The functions in composite scaffolds can be found by reviews and it would be applied worthily. Extensive using of Chitosan-based biomaterials in bone tissue engineering will be foreknown by this review关键词
