This paper is discussed the development history of grape industry in the east foot area of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, focused on the current situation and existed problems, the target of grape industry for Ningxia province has been proposed. The study on this topic is to provided the theory basis for the sustainable development on the grape industry, to increase ecological benefits, social benefits and economical benefits.
