改性戊二醛鞣革染色性能研究
The Dyeing Properties of Modified Glutaraldehyde Tanned Leather

Abstract
The dyeing properties of modified glutaraldehyde tanned leather were studied with acid and alkaline dyes. Through changing the dyeing pH, temperature, time, dosage, float and dye fixation conditions, the impacts of modified glutaraldehyde tanned leather dyeing factors were studied, and the best dyeing condition were determined. The results showed that:(1) Alkaline dyes are more suitable for modified glutaraldehyde tanned dyeing than acid dyes ; (2) Adjusting the leather and dye bath pH is necessary before dyeing. The best dyeing pH of basic dye are 4.0 - 4.7; (3) The dyeing temperature should be controlled in about 40 ℃ and the dosage of dyestuff control in 2% with float 2; (4) Dyeing should be proceeded at pH4.0 -4.7 for 60 min and then raised to pH 5. 50 around gradually.关键词
