摘要

Abstract

A method was established to determine pyridine in water by purge and trap coupled with gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry. The purge and trap condition was optimized. The calibration curve was made by auto sampler. The detection limits of pyridine was 0.08 μg/L. The RSD of the method was 1. 5% - 5. 1% , The method was applied to the analysis in surface water and domestic sewage and industrial waste water. The average recovery of the samples were 82.5% -102.5%.
