6-羟基多巴胺对星形胶质细胞hepcidin表达的影响
EFFECTS OF 6-HYDROXYDOPAMINE ON hepcidin mRNA EXPRESSION IN ASTROCYTES

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of hepcidin mRNA in astrocytes treated by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Methods By employing real time PCR, the expression of hepcidin mRNA in primarily cultured astrocytes treated by 6-OHDA for six or 24 hours was detected, and the cells cultured with serum-free medium were served as controls. Results Compared with the controls, the expressions of hepcidin mRNA levels in 6 h and 24 h-6-OHDA-treated astrocytes mRNA were down-regulated, the differences being significant (F = 6. 116;q = 4. 314, 4. 467)P<0. 05) ; but the difference between that of 6 h and 24 h-treatment was not (q = 0. 017,P>0. 05). Conclusion Under the state of oxidative stress, hepcidin in astrocytes might involve in intracellular iron metabolism disorders.关键词
