摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics of auditory event-related potential P300 of patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment (VCD , and explore the value of P300 in the early diagnosis of VCI. Methods A total of 57 VCI patients and 30 healthy volunteers were recruited in this study. Their activity of daily living (ADD, metal status examination (MSE) , and MoCA scale were detected by auditory-P300. The correlation between P300 and imaging characteristics, education, or age was analyzed. Results The P300 latency in the patients was longer than that in normal group, and the amplitude was lower (t=2. 723,2. 244;P<0. 05), more notable being the prolong of latency U = 2. 148 ?2. 436,P<0. 05). The total scores of BI, MSE. MoCA and ADL (Barther Index) in the patients were lower than that in normal group, while the differences between the two groups in respects of domination, speech, and orientation force were not significant (P>0. 05). P300 was positively correlated with age (r=0. 323,P<0.05), and negatively correlated with years of education (r= ?0. 359,P<0. 05>. Conclusion P300 is more sensitive than Cognitive Assessment Scale in objectively reflecting early cognitive dysfunction in patients with non-dementia VCI.
