摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 (TRPV6) in early onset severe preeclampsia (EOSP). Methods This study consisted of tissues of placenta taken from 30 normal and 30 EOSP pregnant women, the distribution and expression of TRPV6 were qualitatively analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results TRPV6 expression was mainly located in the cytomembrane, cytoplasm of trophoblast. The positive rate of TRPV6 expression in placenta of pregnant women with EOSP was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women (Z=6, 45,P<0. 01), Conclusion A certain correlation exists between TRPV6 and severe early onset preeclampsia.
