Abstract
Prediction errors of Kalman filter of satellite clock offset prediction in steadystate condition is taken as an important aspect for performance evaluation of satellite-ground time synchronization, so prediction precision of satellite clock offset based on Kalman filter is studied. In the case of three order white noise of satellite clock offset, the state equation and the measurement equation of satellite clock offset are established, the closed-form steadystate solution is derived by non-recursive solution for the discrete Riccati equation, then the prediction error of satellite clock offset is derived. Finally numerical calculation is done in the case of typical parameters.关键词
