香蕉嗜铁内生细菌BEB99的分离鉴定及其抗病促生能力评价
Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Bacterium Strain BEB99 from Banana and Evaluation of Its Antagonistic Activity and Growth-promoting Ability
摘要
Abstract
Strain BEB99, an endophytic bacterium exhibited strong inhibitory activity in vitro against banana wilt fungus, was isolated from the root of Musa AAA, cv. Baxi. This strain was identified as Ralslonia sp. based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and its 16S rDNA sequences analysis. Strain BEB99 could produce siderophore and significantly promoted the growth of banana. Pot experiments indicated that the strain could suppress Fusarium wilt disease, with an inhibitory rate of 62.52%.关键词
