Induction of Pineapple Flowering and Underlying Physiological and Molecular Bases
摘要
Abstract
Pineapple flowering includes "natural flowering" and "induction flowering". In nature, the flowering rate is much influenced by environmental factors with great uncertainty. In practice, the induction of flowering by application of ethylene or CaC2 is widely used in commercial production of pineapple to regulate the time of pineapple to market. And now, annual commercial production of pineapple has been achieved by combining with reasonable arrangement of planting time and use of flowering induction technology. The research progress of pineapple blossom was reviewed in this paper, including natural flowering, induction flowering and their physiological and molecular bases, and the prospects for future research.关键词
