摘要

Abstract

The vigor changes and the genomic DNA integrity were studied among 3 kenaf(Hibiscus canrwbinus L.) seeds by artificial accelerated aging. Results showed that germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of these seeds declining along with seeds aging time on the condition of high temperature(44眑)t and high humidity (95% RH) , while the decreasing rate of vigor was dynamic and there were differences in 3 varieties. Through checking the genetic DNA integrity of the control and the different aging treatments of 3 materials by using selected 23 RAPD primers, the result showed that the allele frequencies of 83-20 and Tainong No.l were 100% without difference and Liao55 was 100.85% with difference, but the result of t-test were no significant difference, which indicated that artificial aging did not significantly affect genomic DNA of kenaf seeds, namely, aging had no significant effect on genetic integrity of kenaf germplasm.
