摘要

Abstract

Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis technology with rapid and nondestructive feature as well as other unique advantages, is playing more and more important role in oil & fat field. In this paper, the research status of NIRS analysis technology in the past ten years were introduced, and its application in oil & fat field was emphasized. Near-infrared was used in discriminating components in the oil and fat, determining the quality of the oil and identifying the adulteration by qualitative analysis. Moreover, it was also used for the determination of fatty acids, iodine value, acid value, peroxide value of oil products and oil contents by quantitative analysis. In addition, development of NIRS analysis technology was expected.
