应用多位点数目可变串联重复序列对四川地区结核分支杆菌的基因分型
Usingmultiple loci variable number tandem repeat analysis for Genotyping Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical isolates in Sichuan

Abstract
In order to investigate the transmission dynamics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis circulating in Sichuan, 80 clinical isolates were randomly selected from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009 and genotyped by scheme of 12 selected VNTRs analysis. Results showed that 80 clinical isolates were divided into 7 clusters and 65 unique genotypes. Diversity of alleles evaluated for 12 selected VNTRs by HGI value presented high polymorphisms among 80 clinical isolates by scoring from 0. 503 to 0. 799. It suggested that the combination of selected 12 VNTRs can serve as the first-line typing method applied in monitoring the transmission of M. tuberculosis circulating in Sichuan.关键词
