摘要

Abstract

A strain of deltamethrin-degrading bacteria referred to as DE29 was isolated from the sludge collected from a wastewater outlet of a pesticide plant. It showed a 96. 32% degradation rate which incubating for 7days in the culture medium with deltamethrin concentration by 100mg/L. Based on biochemical characteristics and the result of 16SrDNA comparison, DE29 was identified as Pseudomonas sp.. Further research were put on the factors that can influence the strain degradation rate to deltamethrin, such as pH value of the culture medium, temperature, inoculation amount and salinity. The results showed that the optimum condition for the strain were pH 7. 0, 30 ℃ , inoculation bacteria amount by 10% and salinity of 0. When the proposed strain grows in this condition, it shows a better degradation rate.
