Abstract
The membrane-aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) is a novel wastewater treatment process which uses penneatable membrane for aeration to realize nitrification and denitrification simultaneously. In the paper, the principle and characteristics of MABR are introduced; the rearch achievements in this field are summerized; especially the factors affecting the biofilm performance such as C/N, oxygen pressure, air flow velocity, biofilm thickness, temperature and pH are analyzed.关键词
