原发性高血压伴冠心病患者心率震荡的变化及临床意义

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease and explore the clinical significance. Methods Patients checked by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram were chosen from 2008 to 2011 in our hospital, including simple primary hypertension(45 cases) , coronary heart disease(40 cases) , primary hypertension and coronary heart disease(40 cases) and healthy controls (40 cases). All the cases were detected ventricular extrasys-toles and calculated TO and TS index. Results The TO and TS index of primary hypertension and coronary heart disease group were lower than the other three group( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease is weakens obviously. Patients are more prone to malignant cardiac events.关键词
