Abstract
Objective To explore effective method to modify moderate to severe relaxation of upper eyelid in the aged. Methods Modifying the relaxation of upper eyelid by incisions of eyebrow and double eyelid. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, 52 patients without obvious cicatrix were satisfied with the operation. 3 patients obtained satisfactory effect after ornamentation on the slight incisional scar. 1 patient with hyperplastic scar recovered after 7 months and also obtained satisfactory effect after ornamentation. Conclusion Operation to modify moderate to severe relaxation of upper eyelid in the aged using incisions of eyebow and double eyelid is a good and effective method.关键词
