超声波根管器械在下颌第一磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic instrument in mandibular first molar' s root canal preparation. Methods 135 mandibular first molars were collected and divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group was prepared with ultrasonic instrument; the control group was prepared with manual instrument. The operation time and the incidence of pain were compared. Results The experimental group was better than the control group on the operation time and the incidence of pain in 3 days ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). There was no difference in these two groups to the incidence of pain after one week ( P ＞ 0. 05). Conclusion The ultrasonic instrument can reduce the operation time and the incidence of pain in a short time.关键词
