一根3/0可吸收线会阴切口皮下美容缝合术对产妇康复的影响
The effect of lying-in mother by only one 3/0 absorbable linea suturalis suture through subcutaneously for perinaeum incisal opening
摘要
Abstract
Objective to research the effect of lying-in mother by only one 3/0 absorbabie linea suturalis suture through subcutaneously for perinaeum incisal opening. Methods 900 cases Vaginal delivery divide into two groups at random,the observation group 450 cases which use only one absorbabie linea suturalis suture through subcutaneously, the control group 450 cases which use the traditional suture. Survey pain of ineisal opening, reaction of knot, wound healing, length of stay in hospital. Results the pain of observation group is less than the pain of the control group in 24H, which done the same as reaction of knot and length of stay in hospital, and wound healing is more excellent than control group ( P ＜ 0. 001). Conclusion the operation of suture through subcutaneously, it can do excellent in pain of incisal opening, reaction of knot, wound healing, length of stay in hospital, and it don't need to dermal sutures out, conveniently operation,it is worth to generalization in clinic.a关键词
