摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the external fixator and intramedullary interlocking nail tibia and fibula fractures. Methods analysis in our hospital of the tibia and fibula fractures in patients with clinical data, according to the treatment is divided into 30 cases of the external fixator group of 30 cases and interlocking intramedullary nail group. Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The external fixation group in the results of excellent rate of 80% , 100% excellent and good rate of interlocking intramedullary nail group, tibia and fibula fracture of the interlocking intramedullary nail group good clinical treatment rate was significantly higher(P ＜0. 05) difference was statistically significance. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail for the tibia and fibula fracture blood supply and biomechanical environment interference is relatively small, and conducive to fracture healing, the prognosis is good, worthy of clinical application.关键词
