摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze pantoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer clinical efficacy,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment programs. Methods 120 patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups ( given pantoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole combination therapy, n =60) and control group (given pantoprazole, 60 cases) from January 2008 -2010 in January in our hospital,and to compare the efficacy and complications both two groups, and after following 6, 12 months ,and tocompare the recurrence rate. Results The total effective observation group was significantly higher (P ＜0. 05) , the observation group were followed up 3 months and 12 month recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion Pantoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer efficacy, fewer complications, recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
