Effect of PAHs(naphthalene) pollution on the upgrowth of Brachionus plicatilis
摘要
Abstract
The Brachionus plicatilis is one of common rotifer types in the sea, which has the vital role in material and energy transfer in the natural water ecosystem circulation. We studied the effect of the different concentrations of PAHs naphthalene on B. plicatilis experimental population of survival, fecundity, and other key growth parameters using the eco-toxicology principle in single culture system. The results showed that different concentrations of naphthalene could increase first and then decrease the average life expectancy of spawning and shorten or extend the development period.关键词
