Abstract
The construction of comprehensive evaluation model and indicator system is the premise and foundation of scientific and reasonable evaluation of the benefits of small towns. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, grey relation theory is introduced into the process of confirmation of degree of membership for evaluation factors, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is improved. According to setting principle of indicator systems and the character of evaluation of benefits of small towns, a case study is made on comprehensive evaluation of benefits of three small towns of Tianjin. Improved comprehensive evaluation model is a new approach or method for comprehensive evaluation of the benefits of small towns.关键词
