摘要

Abstract

A modeling approach to 32. 5% urea water SCR system is presented with aid of CFD coupled with reaction dynamics. On the basis of the feasibility of the model, numerical analysis is made of four different urea addition programs. Results show that the simulation result is consistent with the experimental data. With the hole injection, the NOx reduction efficiency is higher than that with the pintle injection. With more holes, more uniform distribution can be got. The reverse injection along the exhaust pipe axis is superior to the vertical injection.
