摘要

Abstract

This paper takes a foundation pit in Dongying as an example to analyze the effect of the deep-well dewatering on the settlements of surrounding buildings. By analyzing the results and field data, the paper discusses the influence of dewatering and puts forward the conclusion that dewatering causes the readjustment of stresses in soil and then brings uneven settlements, and corresponding control advice. This has realistic meaning to real time prediction of land subsidence caused by foundation pit dewatering and is instructive to similar construction. The result shows that the biggest error between theoretical result and field data is 17% , which shows that the settlements surrounding structures are caused by dewatering.
