稀土元素掺杂TiO2光催化剂的改性及其性能和结构的研究
The Study of Modification of Properties and Structure Using Rare Earth Doping TiO2 Photocatalyst
摘要
Abstract
Sol-gel method was used to prepare Terbium-doped nano-TiO2 ceramic photocatalyst. The effects of different ratio of terbium-doped(0. 025%、0. 05%、0. 1%、0. 15%、0. 2%、0.25%、0. 3%、0. 35% ) on the TiO2 was studied in this paper. The results of COD test on contaminated water show that TiO2 achieves the best catalytic activity when the ratio of terbium-doped is 0. 15% , at which the COD removal rate was 90. 9% . XRD results show that the main crystalline is anatase as the terbium-doped TiO2. And BET results indicate that the catalytic activity is positively correlated to specific surface area.关键词
