狼毒大戟对小鼠经口急性毒性试验
Experimental Research on Acute Oral Toxicity of Euphorbia Fischeriana Steud in Mice
摘要
Abstract
To explore the acute oral toxicity of Compositions Ⅰ and Ⅱ in mice and calculate its 50% lethal dose ( LD50). Methods: Different doses of Compositions Ⅰ and Ⅱ were orally given to mice . The movement and the toxic symptoms were observed, and the number of death of mice was recorded for 14 days. The LD50 was calculated with Karber method. Results: Within the death peak time of 12 ~ 24 hours, it revealed that the activities of mice reduced, breathing rate increased and other toxic symptoms after Compositions I was given. Mice given by the Compositions I showed swelling in stomach. Dark color was showned in the duodenum of mice. No marked pathological change of other organs was found. The values of Compositions I LD50 in mice were 2. 05 g/kg ( 1. 77 ~2.37 g/kg) . Conclusion; Compositions I of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud is a pesticide with low rate toxicity.关键词
