Expression of cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 in peripheral blood of patients with essential hypertension and its significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 ( CTLA4 ) in patients with essential hypertension (EH) , and its relationship with EH. Methods The expressions of CTLA4 in peripheral blood of 40 patients with EH (case group) and 41 normal subjects (control group) were detected using the semi-quantitative RT-PCR technology, and glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase were used as the internal control. The multimedia image analysis software was used for gray scale scanning, and analyzed and compared the expression differences. Results The expression of CTLA4 in EH was significantly higher than that in normal subjects (0.55 ± 0. 23 vs 0. 29 ± 0. 17, P < 0. 01). Conclusion The expression of CTLA4 is higher in EH. CTLA4 may involve in the development of EH.关键词
