精浆锌含量与精液质量及体外受精结局的相关性
Correlation between seminal plasma Zinc concentration and semen quality,outcomes of in vitro fertilization

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between seminal plasma Zinc concentration and sperm quality, outcomes of in vitro Fertilization. Methods The seminal plasma Zinc concentration of 81 infertile men was detected by using 5-Br-PAPS staining method. Spearman correlation between seminal plasma Zinc, conventional semen parameters and IVF fertilization rates, cleavage rate, and good quality embryo rate was analyzed. Results A significant positive correlation was found between seminal plasma Zinc concentration with sperm density, motility and IVF fertilization rate (r =0.49, 0. 305, 0.289; all P < 0.05) ; but was negatively correlated with immature sperm rate (r = -0. 278,P < 0. 05). However, no correlation was found between seminal plasma Zinc concentration and cleavage rate, good quality embryo rate( all P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Amount of seminal plasma zinc level can promote the maturation of sperm nuclear. Seminal plasma zinc content can decrease sperm density and motility, and also can decrease IVF fertilization rate; but no significant impact can be seen to the normal sperm morphology, IVF embryo cleavage rate and quality rate.关键词
