荧光分析法测定肉类食品中诺氟沙星的残留
Determination of Norfloxacin Residue in Meat Product by Fluorescence Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
A spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of norfloxacin residue in meat product was described,based on Al3+ can strengthen the relative fluorescence intensity of norfloxacin evidently.Under the optimum conditions of pH,Al3+ concentration and reaction time,norfloxacin was detected by fluorescence spectrometry.The linear equation for norfloxacin was F=15.89+36.50C,the linear range of the determination was 0.5 ng·mL-1 to 250 ng·mL-1,the detection limit was 0.032 ng·mL-1,and the recoveries were in the range of 81.00%~99.31%.This method is easy,swift,sensitive and accuracy.It can be applied to the determination of norfloxacin in meat product directly.关键词
