企业商业模式在宏观政策变动下的演化分析——基于房地产上市公司的实证研究
The Evolution of Corporate Business Models to the Change of Macro Policies: An Empirical Study on the Listed Real Estate Companies

Abstract
Business Model is the integration of a series of elements of enterprise, such as corporate strategy, organizational structure, transaction process, value chain and core competitiveness and so on. It reflects the basic principle of value creating, capturing and delivering of the enterprise. This paper reviews the relevant researches on business model. Based on the financial data of Chinese real estate listed companies from 2002 to 2010, it empirically analyses the changes of cost structure and revenue streams structure of business model. The results show that there are significant differences in cost structure between the year 2007 and 2004 as well as the year 2009 and 2007. The rate of the revenue streams structures change has accelerated since year 2008. On the basis, this article discusses the relationship between the macro-control policy and the business model evolution of real estate companies and puts forward some suggestions on the business model adjustment of the real estate company.关键词
