企业基层员工执行力构成因素分析
An Analysis of the Structure of the Execution of Lower Level Employees

Abstract
Through the open questionnaire and depth interviews in junior staffs of enterprises in the study, both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis techniques are applied to analyze the structure of junior staffs' executive ability. The results shows that five dimensions of junior staffs ' executive ability are the ability to understand, ability to plan, sense of responsibility, ability to communicate and self-control ability.关键词
