摘要

Abstract

Shanghai World Expo is by far the largest activities held in China, which reflects China's new high-level services. The Expo is not only the witness of the Chinese services, but also a new starting point in Services, that promotes the development of China's service to a higher level. This article summarizes the concept of Shanghai Expo Public Service and its main service types. Trying to build the public service process and management system of the World Expo, and analyse the Expo service operations from the service preparation, service implementation and service quality control three aspects. On this basis, this paper illustrates the ascension of Chinese Service from six aspects.
