Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures during Land Expropriation in Underdeveloped Area:Take Heze as an Example

Abstract
Urbanization is moving into top gear in economically underdeveloped area, so land expropriation is unavoidable. The laws make some rules about expropriation, and government also unveil a series of policies. But some problems emerge during the policy practices. Iniquities of local government and interest groups lead to landless farmers appealing to higher authorities for help, and contradictions become more and more fierce in these areas. So it's very important and meaningful to find the problems and raise feasible measures for land expropriation and farmer interest protection.关键词
