Abstract
Entrepreneurship is the important source of enterprises’ core competitiveness.For state-owned enterprises,the cultivation of entrepreneurship is important.it is a realistic breakthrough point for state-owned enterprises to resolve puzzles in reform and development.Fostering the entrepreneurship need to set about from improving freedom and continuing to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.From the level of spiritual and cultural,the government should promote the innovative spirit,break administrative monopoly timely,and improve the construction of economic legal system.From the level of state-owned principal-agent relation,the government need to deepen the reform of selection and restraint mechanisms,lure to the generation of entrepreneurship,realize the goal of utility of state-owned enterprises and the formation of the core competitiveness.关键词
