Study on the Efficiency of Technology Innovation of High Energy-consuming Industries
摘要
Abstract
By establishing the technological innovation efficiency evaluation index system, this study uses data envelopment analysis to evaluate the efficiency of technological innovation for 31 provinces in China. The results shows the non-DEA efficient of high energy-consuming industries mainly due to the scale of non-effective, and most non- DEA efficient provinces are in the stage of increasing returns to scale, and most provinces in China is out of proportion the input-output, especially inadequate investment.关键词
