Abstract
Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) has innovative system architecture, advanced legislative ideas and good system value. Compared with the Act, the relevant legislation systems in China are obviously imperfect. At the same time, Chinese creditors face the practical challenges of the company's fraudulent transfer. Therefore, we should learn from the Unified Fraudulent Transfer Act, develop " anti-corporate fraudulent transfer of property regulations" to deal with the fraudulent transfer.关键词
