中药复方金衡灵减轻乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Relief of Chemotherapy Side Effects in Postoperative Patients of Breast Cancer by Chinese Herbal Compound Jinhengling
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observc the effect of Chinese herbal compound Jinhengling on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative; patients of breast cancer.Methods; Patients treated with Docetaxel and Epirnbicin were divided into two groups, the; treatment group were given compound Jinhe;ngling,while; the; control group were given placebo for six courses. Results: After chemotherapy,the incidence of hair loss,diarrhea,stomatitis,infection,allergies and fever were very low in the two groups. Started from the 3rd course of treatment, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were lowei{ P < 0. 05 )than in the control group; Started from the 2nd course of treatment, the; incidence of weakness in the; treatment group was lowei{ P < 0. 05 )than in the; control group. Conclusion :The compound Jinhengling has obvious effect on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative patients of breast cancer,and can improve the immunity and life; quality of breast cancer patients.关键词
