龙脑樟枝叶中挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析
Study on the Volatile Oil of Cinnamomum Caraphora by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analysis the compounds in volatile oil of Cinnamomum earaphora. Methods: The volatile oil of Cinnamomum earaphora were extracted by steam distillation and determined by gas chromatography with area normalization method and identified by gas chromatography - mass spcetromctry (GC-MS ). Results: Thirty four compounds were identified, accounting for 98. 53 percent of the total compounds. The main constituent compound is Borneol and its relative: amount is 67. 17%. Conclusion:The: Bnme:nl eonte:nt is ve:ry high in the: fre:sh brane'h le:ave:s of Cinnamomum earaphora. This plant is a good resonree: to be: used to cxtraet the natural borneeol.关键词
